Multiplication Videos

We created videos today in class to explain how we solve a multiplication problem using partial products or lattice.  Each group was given a problem to solve and had to show how to solve it using both methods.

Partial Products Homework Help

We are currently working on Partial Products multiplication in class.  They need to use this method on their homework tonight, so I made a couple videos in case they are stuck and need help.  Check back tomorrow because there will be two new videos to assist them in that homework as well.

Peter Brown Author Visit

We had a wonderful afternoon!  Peter Brown, an author of many wonderful books, came to visit Dryden!  He taught us all about the writing process.  He shared how he develops an idea for a story, illustrates each page, and creates the text.  He also shared with us a few of his stories as well.  We had such a wonderful time!

South Region

We are on our final region of the year, the South!  Today in class we went over the state's locations and their capitals.  Each student took a copy home to help them review.  We will review them each week in class, but please review them at home as well.
