Personalized Learning

For most of the year, your child has been creating I wonder questions.  Now your child is conducting research on one of their questions.  We have spent this week learning about our topics and trying to answer our questions.  How can you help?  We are looking for experts.  If you know of anyone who could help our class answer their questions, we would appreciate your help.  Maybe you have a friend  who is an astronomer, or maybe even you could help some of our students answer their questions.  If you know of anyone who can help, just email me and let me know.  The questions your child and other are researching are:

Why are cheetahs endangered?

Why are sloths endangered?

Why are gorillas endangered?

Why do stars die?

How do chameleons scales change?

How do we speak?

How do you become a soccer announcer?

How do you do certain tricks in gymnastics?

Why can birds be on power lines?

Why did Atlantis sink?

How do diamonds form?

Why are snails harmful?

Why is Pluto no longer a planet?

Why are some bears endangered?

Can sound break glass?

How do you make your own light?

Did the Titanic really have a curse?

Why are lemons sour?
