Hi!  I am Bananas, Mrs. Applebaum's class pet.  Each week, the star of the week is going to take me home for the weekend and we will be blogging about our adventures with the families in our classroom.  We can't wait to see what adventures we will have with the different families in our classroom.  Check out the adventures I have had so far this year!

11-16-22

I had a fun weekend at Emma's house. First, when Emma went to school her dad gave me a banana , it was yummy. Next, when Emma went to NBS, her moms work office, I got to work with Emma and ate lunch with her. Finally, on Thanksgiving Day I had a turkey drum stick. I had a turkey weekend.

11/14/22

This week I was at Wade's house.  We had so much fun.  We went to a hockey game with Wade's friends 

Wyatt, Kade, and Braden.  We watched DC Super Pets and played on Wade's kindle.  My favorite game was monkey ropes because I'm a monkey. I was really jealous because Wade hade a banana and I didn't.  It was a busy weekend.

11/7/22

This weekend I was at Antonio's house. He brought me to his taekwondo class and I watched Antonio receive his red tape meaning he mastered his 3 combination moves these are 45, 45 round house 45 45 ake kick and jab palm strike hook 45 round house. After taekwondo we had Friday movie night with Antonio's mom she made us barbecue popcorn. We also jumped in Antonio's home made ball pool. On Saturday I joined Antonio's  gymastics class. He

Hi, Eli's class!

P.S. It's Bananas here!  Me and Eli are having so much fun on vacation.  First we went to Disney World. We went to everything but Epcot.  We went with Eli's family. Then we went to Punta Cana.  We may be in the pool as I write this.  We went to visit my friends.  A man gave us food and the monkeys jumped on us. A monkey pulled my hair. 

P.S. Thank you, Aiden, for making me a Packers fan. I hate bears!    Bananas 😜

This weekend I was at Aiden's house. I had a great time. When we got home it was raining but Aiden's backpack kept me dry. Then Aiden had soccer practice.  I asked to go but Aiden said it was to cold.  When Aiden got back we went to bed. The next day, Friday, I got up and Aiden had to go to school. I asked to go but Aiden didn't want me to get lost. When Aiden got home, we ate dinner and Aiden was excited because we were going to the Prospect knights against Buffalo Grove football game it was fun Shane and Gabe were there I had fun. When we got home it was 10 o'clock I was tired. When we got up on Saturday I had donuts. Then I got to watch Aiden play soccer.  Then Aiden's friend came over . They let me play with them.  I shot them with nerf guns.  We built towers out of marshmallows and spaghetti noodles.   We ate lots of puppy chow.  Its' better than bananas. After dinner Aiden built a fort- a big fort.  He wore family PJs.  I got to snack on popcorn.  Sunday morning I woke up and went to my first packer party. I love the packers the bears stink.  We went to Aiden's sister's soccer game.  Aiden played football with his friends.  Aiden jammed his finger.  Then Aiden had his friend over (aka Liam).  They built houses out of gingerbread.  I had a great time!

This week I was at Olivers house.  On the first day I went to Oliver's swimming practice.  Oliver wanted me to swim, but I was too scared

to swim in the pool because I could have drowned. I ran away and they found me under a bush. On the weekend  

9/27/22

I had a great time with Sam, Tess, and Cole. First, we went to the Mount Prospect football game. I didn't see if they won or lost because we left at the end of the third quarter. We went with Shane and Aiden to the game.

Today, we went to an apple orchard with Sam's grandparents. We did apple picking first. They got SOOO many apples. I asked Sam if I could have one, but he said I might get too sticky. Next, we did Go-Kart racing. I tied for first! Afterward, we went to the petting zoo to end it.

9/17/22

I had so much fun camping with Molly and Maddie and their dad, Mr. Ryan. The first thing we did was horseback riding.  Molly's horse was named Holly.  Maddie's horse was named Cameo.  I saw them come back from the trail with the horses so that told me that I was next.  I asked the lady but she said I was too small so maybe next time.  The next thing we did was tie dye I helped Molly.  Then after that we went canoeing.  I helped them row.  Then we ended the night off with glow sticks and s'mores.

P.S The s'mores are better than bananas!

9/4/22

I had a great time with Mrs. Applebaum and her family.  First, Tommy had a race!  He runs cross Country.  I cheered him on!  He ran three whole miles!  

I also went to watch Lanie do gymnastics.  Then we went to the park.  I had a great time on the swings.

My favorite part of the weekend was game night.  Mrs. Applebaum and her family like to play games together.  They taught me how to play UNO.  It was a great weekend!
